Gianna Maria Bates, MS, OTR/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Salus University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Studio Art from Arcadia University. Throughout her academic and professional journey, Gianna has cultivated a strong passion for women’s health, pelvic rehabilitation, and holistic, client-centered care. She has completed post-graduate training in pelvic rehabilitation through Essential Pelvic Health’s OT-specific continuing education program and brings experience in treating a broad range of adult neurological and orthopedic conditions. Gianna is dedicated to supporting her clients to regain function, confidence, and independence, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Meet Froza!
Froza is a mom of 2 and an incredible pelvic health occupational therapist who specializes in working with women’s pelvic health, pediatric pelvic health, and infant feeding & development. She’s a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist and a Prenatal & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is also a Reiki provider, and utilizes that throughout her sessions. Froza excels at manual therapy and trauma-informed care, and naturally has a very calming and peaceful personality.
